Jacques serves as the Regional Ministry Leader for Quebec. He is of Armenian descent and was born in Lebanon. He has lived in Cyprus and the United States, and immigrated to Montreal, Quebec in 1986. He has adopted the Quebecois culture as my own. He is also the city missionary for Send Montreal and has seen over 70 churches planted in the province of Quebec.
