Kesavan serves as the Regional Ministry Leader for CNBC Ontario, and serves as a pastor of Fellowship Church Rouge Park in the East end of Toronto. Born in Sri Lanka, but because of rising concerns over the civil war, his family moved to Toronto in 1989.

At the age of 19, Kesavan came to faith, and years later was called to pursue Theological education. He is married to Viji, and they have a growing family of four children.
