SYC BC Camp Policies and Waivers

1) Media Release

I agree to permit reasonable use of photos and videos of me taken in this camp for the purpose of promoting the SYC ministry. *Please note that media including photos and videos from the camp will only be shared within the participants of SYC2025.

2) Liability Release and Refund Policy

I will fill out and sign my SYC 2025 Camp Liability Release Form as part of my registration.

Refund Policy: If notification is received 14 days prior to date of camp starting, then you will get the registration fee less $60. No refund will be issued within 14 days of camp start date. No refund will be issued for arriving late or leaving early. Refunds for emergency reasons will be decided on a case by case basis.

3) Rules and Expectations for Participants

​***If the participant violates the rules and expectations of the camp, you agree that we will contact the youth's legal guardians to arrange for early dismissal from the event.
