Hello everyone!
We are now getting close to Overflowing West Coast 2024, and we are thrilled for your participation!
Please take note of the following items, so you are prepared for the event.
There is parking at the church, but carpooling is fun and also appreciated.
Doors open at 9:30am. When you arrive you may check in, get your swag bag and a name tag, grab a coffee, visit the ministry resource booths (open 9:30-9:50) or visit with friends. The event will begin promptly at 10am. Please arrive early!
If you want to make use of the Wordly.AI translation tool for our main sessions, you will need to bring a personal device, such as a phone and also your own wireless or wired earphones.
The translation can be audio and/or written form sent directly to your device from a QR code. We feel it is user friendly, however, please arrive early to make sure you understand the instructions. We will have a few helpers in the back of the sanctuary at 9:45am to help you if needed.
We are so thankful for our musicians who will lead us into worshiping our King Jesus together. If you would like to listen to the songs for the conference day, you can access them here:

We will have a ministry resource centre featuring the Canadian Baptist Theological Seminary and College, the International Mission Board, prayer cards for our SEND Vancouver church planter’s wives, and a table featuring our main session speaker, Stephanie Morales-Beaulieu, who will sell her book Anything But Ordinary, T-shirts and Bible study resources. The resource centre will be on the patio open from 9:30-9:50am and also after the event 3:30-4pm.
We can’t wait to see you on May 25th!!!
