What is Church Strengthening?

We exist to facilitate a culture of interdependence that encourages churches to strengthen one another to become Christ-focused, kingdom-minded churches.

Provides strategy, resources and oversight to the CST for the fulfillment of its purpose.

Church Strengthening Administrative Assistant

Provides administrative support for Church Strengthening Team Leader and the Church Strengthening Team.

Church Strengthening Consultant (west)

Discovers and develops church strengtheners for local churches and regions and assists churches during times of transition or crisis.

Regional Church Strengthener

Possesses a kingdom vision for the church, has an intimate knowledge of churches in his/her region and seeks to facilitate a culture of interdependence that encourages churches to strengthen one another to become Christ-focused, kingdom-minded churches.

A church strengthener is one who serves his church in two ways:

1. By networking resources and relationship to strengthen his/her own church
2. By discovering opportunities for the church to become stronger by giving themselves away to another pastor or church.

Serves as a resource to the CST and CCSB churches in times of transition and provides added emphasis to our Church Strengthening efforts. This person will seek to discover and link up Church Strengthening Churches who will give themselves away to help strengthen other churches.
