Building Powerful Ministry Teams:
Ministry leaders and ministry teams experience in this workshop the key Biblically based principles and practices necessary to become and remain results oriented and relationship building ministry teams. The workshop combines the expertise of Next Level certified facilitators with multimedia and interactive exercises that allow participants to engage with the facilitator and one another through dynamic exercises and practical study.
The workshop is designed to assist ministry teams at all levels and to assist church leaders in discovering, developing, and producing high performing ministry teams. This workshop is very effective for team leaders, existing ministry teams, or newly formed ministry teams.

Leadership Greatness:
Transforming ourselves into a "great" leader for His kingdom does not occur overnight. It is a journey that starts and ends with the Master, is built up and torn down through circumstances, and it has no finish line. This workshop focuses on equipping and encouraging today’s Christians to be leaders in the home, in the ministry, and in the community that God has placed them.
Leadership Greatness is biblically based and powerfully practical. The workshop utilizes hands-on assessment tools, multimedia presentations, group discussion time, and interactive exercises that stimulate learning and application. This material addresses five traits of "great" leadership; calling, contentment, character, crafting, and coaching.

The Coaching Leader:
This workshop event speaks to the leadership style called coaching. The event addresses four relationship cornerstones for a coaching leader. They are:
FREEDOM. TRUST, RESPECT, FULFILLMENT
Then the participants and the facilitator, through video clips, PowerPoint and interaction, explore the ROLES of a coaching leader. These roles are:
MOTIVATOR, ASSESSOR, DEVELOPER, GUIDE
We have found this workshop speaks firmly to the leaders of staffs, small group ministries, Sunday Schools, Bible study groups, deacons, elders, and other age-group leaders.

Developing and Managing People:
Do you have what it takes to lead others? How do you lead with Christ-like competence? Do you coach for personal growth? Can you manage for ministry results?
Developing and Managing People will provide the answers to these questions and provide you with the skills to be more effective in managing and leading others. Discover the participatory style of management used by Jesus and the management tool of covenants.

The Servant Principle:
This leadership workshop helps leaders find true fulfillment through obedience to Christ. The concepts in this workshop encourage your heart and give you a fresh perspective on our Master's care and strength. The Servant Principle challenges our core beliefs and values, rivets our affections on Jesus Himself, and compels us to live and love like Him. Leaders will walk away with a more clear understanding of what it means to be a true servant for Christ and a confident agent of God's will.

Forged by Fire:
This book uses the metaphor of a blacksmith's fire and anvil and the biblical experiences of Joseph to teach us how life's circumstances mold us into the image of one who can be used by God. We may not always understand, but like Joseph, we need only to trust in our understanding of God's faithfulness and his sovereign grace.

The workshop draws on the insights, in the Forged By Fire book by Dr. Bob Reccord, President of the North American Mission Board. The principles and practices are easily transferred to both lay leaders and vocational
ministry leaders.

Mastering the Mystery of Visionary Leadership:
God did not give the church the Great Commission and then say "I wish you well. I hope you figure out how to do it." Instead, He gave us principles to help us plan, implement, and evaluate our process. This workshop will introduce a Seven Step Plan to accomplish God's calling.
These seven steps include:
1. The Captain's Compass: your personal and ministry vision.
2. Look at the Map: the condition of the program, staff, budget, & schedule.
3. Watch for Obstacles and Opportunities: a review of the church and community demographics.
4. Get Your Equipment Ready: assemble all the processes and projections.
5. Plot Your Course: anticipate growth and any obstacles to change.
6. Get on the Trail: communicate your vision to the church so they "own" it.
7. Stay on Track: make the necessary mid-course corrections so God's vision is fulfilled.
