Natural Church Development
The Natural Church Development Survey assesses the health of a church in eight essential areas of healthy church ministry. Results from a survey allow churches to evaluate their current health and determine the level of resourcing required for greater effectiveness.
The survey reveals a church's minimum factor - the lowest quality rating in one of the eight areas (lowest barrel stave).
