Sending Christians

MOST

Missions / Partnerships and Volunteers / Students

Through MOST (Missions On Short Term), the North American Mission Board has provided a way for individuals who feel called to missions in a short term or seasonal capacity.  This may be an adult doing a four-week “summer missions” at a local church, a retired couple hitting the road for six months each summer to help with CNBC Construction Ministry projects, a retired pastor serving as interim at a local church for two years, or a plethora of other possibilities.

MOST missionaries serve a minimum of 20 hours per week for three weeks to two years and can help in a wide variety of ministries including START, STRENGTHEN, SHARE, SEND, and even SUPPORT.  MOST missionaries are able to raise support through the North American Mission Board the same as Mission Service Corp missionaries.

MOST is a valuable tool to help us facilitate one of the significant ways the Lord raises up workers in our harvest field… short term and seasonal volunteers.
