Prayer Guides & Posters are available in English and French!
The CMO offering is typically collected in the fall of each year, but your church can collect it at anytime. Send your cheque to the CNBC and memo that it is for 'CMO'.
In late summer, your church will receive in the mail from CNBC:
Canadians on Mission Prayer Guides (telling the stories of Canadians on mission who received CMO grants)
Posters
Offering Envelopes
If you want to change the quantity you receive, please contact the CNBC office.
CNBC distributes the funds according to grant requests:
- 20% for sending volunteer teams on mission trips
- 30% for sending students, ministers and spouses on mission trips
- 30% for construction ministry projects
- 20% for Baptist Global Response projects
The amount each church gives will be recorded and reported in The Baptist Horizon.
In 2010, CNBC churches gave $71,579.59 which surpassed the $68,000 goal
and was $7,088.45 more than 2009!
2011 goal has been increased to $70,000!
